Yoga Basics - emphasizes structural integrity, stabilization, and coordination of breath and movement in a light non-competitive environment -perfect for beginners and those who wish to deepen their technique

Sweet Vinyasa - emphasis on deepening the mind-body connection, exploring intermediate poses, experience surrender and ease. varies in difficulty & pace according to teacher- all levels

Strong-Moderate Vinyasa - creates an experience for you to explore your body both internally and externally. By sequencing the practice in a way that starts slowly, allowing your body and breath to awaken and then moving into a more dynamic practice it is accessible to both the seasoned yoga practitioner and those newer to the practice.

Ashtanga Vinyasa - a classical practice, moving at a steady pace prior experience with yoga recommended, tap the teacher within to deepen consistent practices.
 
Anusara yoga - Anusara yoga is a heart oriented and inspiring style of Hatha Yoga founded by John Friend that combines a life-affirming Tantric philosophy with Universal Principles of Alignment. It is a unique therapeutic style in which the artistic expression of the human heart blends harmoniously with the scientific principles of biomechanics.

Integral Hatha Yoga
- a classical style of yoga which puts equal emphasis on the Pranayama, Meditation, and Asanas making the mind and body calm. The asanas empower the body by building resistance against ailments and detoxifying it. At the same time, the graceful movements and gentle breathing affect the mind, making it peaceful.

Iyengar - combines precision with props for a supported practice-all levels

Restorative Yoga - developed by B.K.S. Iyengar is a series of poses which are supported through the use of bolsters and blankets. Very relaxing-all levels, suitable for beginners.

Pre-natal Yoga - A Yoga class for Mommas to be: Stretch and Strengthen, Prepare your body for birth
-all levels, suitable for beginners.  "Labor is simply one long yoga session".

Integrative Movement - at the core of Rachil’s practice is the intention of leading the patient to access their own knowing and giving them the tools to heal from the inside out. With the use of balls and rollers her students are guided to feel and understand the somatic (body-mind) connection, release muscle and organ tension and to strengthen their core. These tools are easily used at home or on the road to address many physical and emotional aches and pains. The balls and rollers are essential tools for keeping our bodies and minds limber and healthy throughout life and into our twilight years. Snug clothing and hair ties are recommended. $20 per class or $15 each if prepaid for 6 classes.

Candle-lit Flow - Energizing, flowing, and finally, relaxing. A beautiful way to finish (or start) your evening. Bring some fire into your life, and welcome the meditative focus candles offer.

Tri Yoga - is an experience of kundalini inspired  flows of yoga asanas  synchronized with pranayama and mudras.

Open Yoga - This class is designed and tailored to meet the needs of those in attendance. Come and enjoy a class sensitive environment.

Beyond Basics - will focus on exploration, safety and breath. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced students alike who want to wake up early!
